i live in a three bedroom house with 2 other people
i work a few days a week for 7 to 5
so i am normally home
we have 2 rats
a lizard
turantula
a frog and a teenie tiny chihuahua
and i would like to adopt a bird from out local bird rescue center
but which would better suit me and my life style or if you think another bird would please tell me
i am ready for a large cage, food, toys, and i want a long term companion and i have always loved birds but i have decided to get one but i can not decide which one any advice i would greatly apreciate it

2 amozons
2 cockatiels
2 cockatoos
i do not have these birds anymore they were just fosters
and have been around birds my whole life
i work at a zoo with large bird we have owls, voltures, eagles, and a hyacinth macaw so i know about large birds
i am planning on adopting a bird not buying one
I would say African Grey. Mostly because they are incredibly smart and they love companionship. I used to have a Macaws, they are beautiful but didn’t really get attached as much as my A.G. African Greys however just love the attention and are very affectionate.
