Bird cages to the Rescue
If you've ever had to baby sit, and nothing less than a year old, you know that keeping a 10-month old and a schizophrenic Boston Terrier can be nothing less than trying unless you have some sort of plan of attack. It is not uncommon for me to refer to this rambunctious dog as 'Will' Babbling baby and referred to as "Grebbles." If someone has had the pleasure of meeting one, you know they are a handful, individually and collectively, a complete chaos. I have not had a quality night of sleep in two years. Image of two adults, Will, "Spike" (a toy poodle suffering from a severe case of manic depression) and Grebbles, all confined to a bed. Something about this scenario probably does not paint an image of relaxing in your head, and let me tell you – it is not.
Apart from sleeping with four living, breathing things, taking care of three (sometimes four) of them is a difficult task. People now cringe at the idea of stopping the visit more, simply because you know as soon as one foot in our condo will be bombarded with a flood of lame Will, sniffing Spike intrusive and a couple of setbacks Grebbles in their attempt to get herself in a vertical position through the sleeves of his trousers. All this within the first 10 seconds you enter. It does not sound so nice, I'm conscious.
Recently I discovered a little hidden treasure in the local pet store (intentionally withholding your name here to avoid any kind of advertising, and disdain the label of my dog every time I'm there, it should be apparent that Will is far from the top of the dog obedience class. He likes to 'get' loose, what I can say?) Anyway, how do I connect to my nose and walk around the island I found a massive bird cage that was probably more appropriate to confine a pterodactyl 500 pounds instead of 25 pounds of Boston, but what the hell. I picked it up and presented his new willingness to housing. Until now, the huge of Stainless steel bird cage, like this, has proved a wise investment. Will's behavior has become much better, while Spike remains a danger to the K9 community.
